Senior Human Resources Representative

Function as Assistant Human Resources Manager in all aspects of department management. Supervise two employees.  Responsible for maintaining effective employee relations, coaching management on employee performance/development, and facilitating focus groups and supervisory training during dramatic growth and restructuring. Analyzed compensation plans, researched and interpreted company policies. Responsible for $1 million budget.  

 

HRIS: Key member of cross-functional team analyzed and implemented PeopleSoft within a six-month period. Implementation saved time within benefits administration, money, and reduced legal liability. Trained on PS/Benefits and PS/Query.

Broadbanding: Working with managers and employee focus groups, developed 25 – 30 competencies by group, determined verification and training standards and developed training plans for each employee. Restructured job titles from 150 to 6,  improving morale and work quality.

resources (average usage 400 employees per month).  Negotiated

significantly better reporting and the addition of an

on-site manager. Results of improved candidate screening-

fees for non-PPO facilities, resulting in substantial billing
